Our consultants apply Rickter expertise to organisational, service and programme challenges.  We work with leadership teams to clarify purpose, examine delivery and establish how the Rickter Scale Method can strengthen engagement, measurement and evidence. Each engagement produces defined recommendations and a practical route towards implementation. 

We bring specialist knowledge of human movement, metacognition, behaviour, language, motivation and individual agency. This expertise helps organisations understand the processes that shape participation, reflection, decision-making and commitment.  The resulting insight informs stronger programme design, practitioner practice and measurement. 

We design measurement architectures connecting individual meaning, practitioner insight, programme learning and organisational intelligence. Our consultancy defines what will be measured, how Movement Evidence will be created and how findings will be reviewed and reported. The result is a coherent framework supporting delivery, improvement and decision-making. 

We translate organisational ambitions into structured programmes, services and delivery models. Our consultants develop programme architecture, participant pathways, Frames of Reference, questions, review arrangements and evidence requirements.  Each design is aligned with the intended participants, delivery environment, organisational purpose and movement the programme is intended to support. 

We guide organisations from approved design into operational Rickter delivery. This includes configuring the Rickter environment, defining Centre Hub requirements, establishing user roles, preparing delivery resources and supporting practitioner onboarding. The organisation receives a coordinated implementation plan and a configured system ready for sustainable use. 

We develop the practitioner and organisational capability required to deliver Rickter confidently and consistently. Our consultancy incorporates training, assessed practice, supervision, quality assurance, neuroinclusive delivery and method fidelity. This creates clear practitioner standards and an assurance structure supporting responsible application across teams, services and programmes. 

We lead structured collaboration with participants, communities, practitioners and stakeholders. Their knowledge informs language, questions, participation arrangements and programme priorities. Our consultants translate these contributions into locally relevant Rickter applications while maintaining the shared structure required for consistent delivery, measurement and organisational learning. 

We collaborate with universities, public bodies, technology partners and specialist organisations to extend the application and evidence base of the Rickter Scale Method. Our contribution includes human movement methodology, Movement Evidence architecture and impact intelligence. This work also supports NestPlan - Rickter’s next-generation global platform toward 2030. 

We contribute Rickter methodology and consultancy expertise to international partnerships, collaborative programmes and consortia. Our role can include programme design, human movement measurement, practitioner development, stakeholder engagement and impact architecture. Each arrangement combines Rickter’s established method with relevant local knowledge, cultural understanding and delivery capability.
